Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI A2 yang SMA Negeri 1 Sedayu tahun pelajaran 2017\/2018. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar observasi, lembar kerja siswa, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, penerapan model pembelajaran Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE) disertai lembar kerja siswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Presentase dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari presentase jumlah siswa yang tuntas. Presentase pada indikator keterampilan mengamati meningkat sebesar 14,81% siswa, indikator keterampilan menggunakan alat dan bahan meningkat sebesar 18,52% siswa, indikator keterampilan menerapkan konsep meningkat 40,84% siswa, indikator keterampilan komunikasi meningkat 22,22% siswa, dan indikator keterampilan mengelompokkan meningkat sebesar 7,41% siswa. Skor rata\u2013rata keseluruhan dilihat dari presentase jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebesar 73,33% yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah mencapai ketuntasan dengan target 70%. The research was a classroom action reasearch. It was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were the students of class XI A2 SMA N 1 Sedayu, in academic years of 2017\/2018. The data sources from teacher and student. The instrument of data collection were obtained by observation, student worksheet, and  documentation. The data analysis technique were analyzed using descriptive-qualitative technique. The research result showed that the application of Prediction, Observation and Explanation (POE) learning model followed by student worksheet could improve the students\u2019 science prosess skill. The percentage from cycle I to the cycle II increased. It was seen from the total number of the students who had passed the lessons. The average score 73,33% that was seen from the skill process percentage showed that most the students finished the target 70%.
