Kimia, Fakultas MIPA, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n*Email: dwiarief.setiawan@gmail.com, Telp: 082137838060<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\nAbstrak <\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada materi pokok sistem periodik unsur pada kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan tahun pelajaran 2017\/2018 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdapat tahap persiapan, lalu dilanjutkan tahap pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan tahun pelajaran 2017\/2018. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada materi pokok sistem periodik unsur. Pada siklus 1 siswa yang mencapai standar keaktifan 41,94%. Pada siklus 2 pada pembelajaran kimia pada materi sifat keperiodikan unsur mengalami kenaikan standar keaktifannya yakni 74,19%.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><i>Kata kunci:  Numbered Head Together (NHT), keaktifan belajar siswa, letak unsur dalam sistem periodik, sifat keperiodikan unsur<\/i><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<b>The  Use  Of  Numbered  Head  Together  (NHT)  To  Improve<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<b>Student  Learning  Activeness<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThis research aimed to improve student&#8217;s learning activeness on the subject matter of element periodic system at tenth grade student\u2019s of  SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan in academic year 2017\/2018 by applying  Numbered Head Together (NHT). This research was a classroom action research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycles consisted of planning, acting, observing, evaluation, and reflecting. The subjects of the research was X MIPA 3. The data of this research was obtained by interviews, observation, tests, questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analyzing data by qualitative descriptive. The result showed that Numbered Head Together (NHT) could improve students&#8217; learning activeness on the subject matter of the elements periodic system . In cycle1, from the observation of data analisis student&#8217;s learning activeness the number of students declared as active student\u2019s as much as 41.94%.
