Siklus I dan II masing-masing  terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Wates Tahun Pelajaran 2017\/2018 sejumlah 26 siswa. Objek yang diteliti berupa kualitas proses dan kualitas hasil. Kualitas proses yang dimaksud adalah interaksi sosial, dan kualitas hasil adalah prestasi belajar. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data, yaitu berupa angket, observasi, wawancara, dan tes tulis serta kajian dokumen atau arsip. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penyimpulan.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa interaksi sosial dan prestasi belajar pada materi termokimia meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI). Target keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah 75%. Ketercapaian keberhasilan aspek interaksi sosial pada siklus I adalah 83,49%, sedangkan pada siklus II adalah 85,05%. Peningkatan prestasi belajar dilihat dari aspek kognitif siswa. Each cycle consists stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects are students of class XI MIPA 1 at Senior High School 2 Wates in the academic year 2017\/2018 numbered 26 students. The Object under study is quality of the process and quality of the result. The quality of the process is social interaction, and  quality of the result is learning achievement. Data Source is derived from teacher, students, and document. The data are collected by observation, interview, test, questionnaires, and review of document or arsip. Data collection techniques used trianulation of data, are questionnaires, observation, interviews, and test and document review. Data analysis is done trought three stages are data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion. <\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe results show that the application of learning models Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) can increase student\u2019s social interaction and achievement. The target of succes this research is 75%. Its Achievements on social interaction in the cycle I is 83,49%, while in the cycle II is 85,05%. The improvement of achievement learning can be seen in cognitive.
